The Schüco ASE 80.HI TipTronic sliding system offers many different opening variants for planning automatically driven sliding systems. In a sliding or lift- and sliding system Schüco ASE 80.HI TipTronic, depending on the type of element, up to 6 vents can be moved by motor. Each vent has an integrated vent control unit; in the case of a multi-vent system, the individual vents communicate via a concealed main control unit.
The aluminum profiles, in combination with the specially developed drive and control technology, enable large-format constructions with vent weights of up to 600 kg and opening widths of up to 18 m for transparent living spaces.
Integrated sensors ensure safe operation.
Schüco ASE 80.HI TipTronic is suitable exclusively for use in dry rooms.
All components are installed vertically in the vent or outer frame.

Schüco A-opener – motorization of Schüco locks in multi-locking systems

The Schüco A-opener (automatic opener) is a significantly more secure access control option than e-opener technology.
This is a motorization of Schüco multi-locking systems (Schüco SafeMatic, Schüco Interlock and the new Schüco hook locks for the Schüco AD UP line). Unlike with the e-opener, power is supplied via the leaf.
Functions:
 
– Temporary release – this short-term unlocking of the door is activated by an electrical impulse at the unlocking input. The A-opener (motor) pulls the automatic latches back, acknowledging the opening with 2 signal tones, and then releases them after 2 seconds. The door locks automatically when closed again.
– Permanent release – constant closed contact at the unlocking input (permanent release e.g. via a timer switch) means the automatic latches remain withdrawn until the contact is opened again.

Special feature

The Schüco A-opener may only be used on smoke or fire doors if it is ensured that there is always enough power to run the automatic latches into the locking position even in the case of a power cut (e.g. using a disruption-free power supply or energy buffer).

If the Schüco A-opener is operated with buffer storage, the buffer storage must be replaced after 5 years.

It is fundamentally not permitted to operate a Schüco A-opener in “permanent release” on smoke or fire doors (!)

The Schüco AF UDC 80 Green Facade is part of the Cradle to Cradle certified system platform Schüco AF UDC 80 (aluminium unitised façade). The facade greening, which can be implemented specific to the property, offers a high degree of design diversity with different plants and system types. Schüco AF UDC 80 Green Facade has a sustainable positive effect on the environment and the quality of life in cities.
Vertical facade greening has been proven to reduce the inner-city temperature and the heat island effect. The facade greening as part of the Schüco AF UDC 80 facade produces vital oxygen, cleanses the air of pollutants and contributes to improving the urban climate. More green areas on facades beautify the cityscape and significantly increase the quality of life and stay in cities.
Greening the facade also pays off for buildings and their occupants and users: Buildings are protected from the elements such as wind, rain, hail and UV radiation. In addition, the plants efficiently increase heat and sound insulation and provide natural shading.

Schüco AB ZDS is a textile solar shading system that can be fully integrated into the Schüco UDC 80 unitised façade.
Schüco AB ZDS is the perfect solar shading solution for use in upmarket residential and commercial buildings. The Zip technology ensures a smooth fabric appearance and focuses on a slim and modern design through façade integration. Thanks to the integration of the external sun protection, the view of the building envelope remains unaffected. When extended, the Schüco AB ZDS system forms an opaque area that sets visual accents depending on the choice of fabric and colour.
Depending on the selected textile and fabric opening factor (0 to 14 %), the system meets all the requirements of modern sun protection: from opaque fabric with excellent glare and privacy protection properties to highly transparent textiles that ensure optimum external coverage.
Schüco AB ZDS has a very high resistance to weathering, withstanding wind speeds of 25 metres per second without any problems.

The barrier-free zero threshold enables unrestricted, threshold-free access into buildings.
The Schüco AD UP barrier-free threshold achieves the highest class 6 of the ift guideline “Determination of the classification of the roll-over capacity of thresholds (BA-01/1)”.

Schüco door ADS 65 HD Generation 2 for large-format doors with high durability, good sealing and thermal insulation

Schüco ADS 65 HD Gen2 is a thermally-insulated and robust aluminium door. Schüco ADS 65 HD permits high loads and is suitable for commercial and residential areas. The system was developed for projects where high-performance single doors are required.
Schüco ADS 65 HD has a strong design and allows large opening widths. The system can be integrate within building automation systems, for example with integral Schüco DCS access control.
The new series is an extension of the Schüco ADS 65 HD with the following additions:
– New central seal system for tougher sealing and thermal insulation requirements
– Zero threshold for accessible building access and convenience for inward- and outward-opening doors

The Schüco AWS 120 CC.SI (Composite Construction Super Insulation) composite window system together with integrated Schüco CCB (Concealed Composite Blind) sun shading system is an optimised complete system for energy-efficient building envelopes. It offers passive house-certified thermal insulation and sun shading, glare protection and screening with clear views outside, all of which can be used in any weather. With a barely visible louvre blade stack when the Venetian blind is raised and no light penetrating at the sides when the Venetian blind is lowered, the complete package meets high design requirements with its internal and external appearance. A structural-glazing design is also possible.

If a normal opening function of the units is not required, the integration of the sun shading in fixed lights with inspection vents offers the most efficient solution. This simplified construction only has one inspection vent as the maintenance and cleaning opening, which normally remains locked.

The extensive range of fittings includes a flat rosette and an elegant design cover, which can be removed if necessary. To open the inspection vent, a Schüco standard installation handle is inserted into the rosette. With this economical fixed light version, the installation benefits of the integrated sun shading are retained, as are the high sound reduction values.

Demand-led, energy-efficient ventilation concepts are also possible with an integrated Schüco ventilation system and the Schüco TipTronic SimplySmart mechatronic fitting.

The Schüco AWS 90.SI+ (Super Insulation) window system perfectly meets structural requirements while offering the greatest possible design freedom – including optimised thermal insulation and passive house certification.

As part of the Schüco AWS modular system for the 90 mm basic depth, the aluminium window offers a high level of flexibility for implementing attractive design solutions in building envelopes. Depending on architectural requirements, it can be configured as a punched opening, ribbon window or insert units in Schüco façades as well as in combination with Schüco door systems.

The wide range of opening types includes designs such as side-hung, turn/tilt and tilt/slide vents as well as barrier-free opening and double-vent units.
