With Janisol Arte 66, Jansen is expanding the Janisol Arte system family with an attractive tilt and turn window solution. Increasing the basic construction depth to 66mm enables higher structural values, easy installation of 3-pane insulating glass and higher sound insulation values for the elements. And all this with the simultaneous use of concealed window fittings.
The Janisol Art 66 window and fixed glazing system combines solutions for all requirements in one system and forms the basis for a wide range of applications in the building envelope. Functional advantages are combined with architectural and design aspects. Matched components combine advantages such as high thermal insulation, narrow face widths and concealed fittings for inward-opening windows. Depending on the architectural requirements, the window system can be used as a perforated window or window band. In addition, the system can be used for a wide variety of inward opening variants.
Janisol Arte 66 offers energy-optimised thermal insulation with a Uf value of ≥ 1.8 W/(m²K) with a face width of 54 mm and a faceplate width of only 76 mm. It has a highly static, glass-fibre reinforced PUR insulator and can be equipped with an additional insulation in frame or glass rebate.
The system convinces with its filigree appearance, extensive profile and glazing bead geometries that allow individual and flexible design. The concealed fittings allow a consistent design and clear lines.
Processing:The use of a new glazing bead system and the newly developed seal for dry glazing make glass installation easier, as does the system-integrated Euronute for fitting. The use of the zinc-iron hot-dip coated steel surface (ZF 100) also ensures optimised welding behaviour.
Slimline steel window system with extended range of materials – for renovations which are faithful to the original style and modern residential projects
The Janisol Arte 2.0 steel profile system has been specially developed for the renovation of industrial glazing, loft glazing and windows, in accordance with the guidelines for listed buildings and to allow the value of the property to be retained. Thanks to the extended range of materials, there are now also profile versions available in stainless steel and Corten steel. With the wide variety of opening types for inward and outward-opening windows, the slimline profile system allows old side-hung, double-vent, bottom-hung, top-hung projected top-hung, sliding or horizontal pivot windows to be almost perfectly reconstructed – with excellent thermal insulation and stability as well as narrow profile face widths and the largest possible proportion of glass. Attractive window solutions, which are also ideally suited for use in modern residential buildings.
The extensive system tests, which take into account all the requirements in terms of statics, building physics, safety and security, allow for reliable planning, fabrication and installation.
Through the use of sustainable materials, Schüco Jansen steel systems are required to be energy-efficient and conserve resources, which is also the leitmotif for future-oriented construction
Janisol HI is the latest window and door system made of steel that perfectly embodies this trend for transparent building envelopes. The innovative high-end product combines perfect, harmonious design and materials with exacting requirements of thermal insulation and burglar resistance. Its newly developed composite system enables good structural properties combined with brilliant Uf values. A further benefit is that the basic depth of 80 mm facilitates the use of double or triple glazing. This allows the creation of large window and door units with heavy glass infill panels and very narrow profile face widths.
Universal non-insulated window profile system in steel
The slim lines of the Economy® 50 steel profile window system (basic depth 50mm) produce a clean, elegant look. The non-insulated steel profile series can be used to create window vents in all current types of opening, guaranteeing maximum flexibility in architectural and design planning.
The very narrow but strong steel profiles of the Economy® 50 series can be used to create slimline window constructions of a light appearance. The comprehensive range of fittings for the side hung, turn / tilt, double vent and bottom hung opening types (construction height 58.5mm in each case) cover all individual requirements relating to comfort and security.
Thermally insulated steel profile system for flush-fitted door designs
The thermally insulated Janisol steel profile system (basic depth 60 mm) is highly suitable for constructing attractive and sophisticated single and double-leaf doors, both inside and outside – also with side components and toplights.
The system compatibility of the Janisol door series means that different security requirements can be met easily with a uniform solution: Janisol doors look almost identical to Jansen Economy doors (R30/RS/burglar-resistant) and the Janisol fire door series
One system for many applications
With a basic depth of 70 mm, the Janisol C4 EI60 door and fixed glazing series offers the safety features of a fire protection system for the most demanding requirements combined with a sophisticated, slim design.
These innovative fire doors improve the safety-relevant requirements and ensure easy installation with the cable ducts supplied as standard in the Janisol C4 profile.
The Janisol folding wall is based on the thermally insulated system Janisol and can be used flexibly. It can be used as a room divider as well as in outdoor facilities. The proven system – developed newly for flexible openings – can be used optionally for outwards or inward opening needs. Elegant steel profiles and narrow face widths provide tough, resilient and durable stable folding walls.
