Schüco RX LOAD 500 – Maximum CNC Performance with Robot Technology

Schüco RX LOAD 500 is a Schüco AF 500 machine with robot technology. Schüco RX LOAD 500 accelerates the manufacturing process in any workshop. For metal processing this means greater precision, speed, dynamics and especially: Efficiency.
The Schüco RX LOAD 500 has been specially developed for machining window, door, facade, sliding and special profiles in aluminium.
Any metal processing task becomes easy to accomplish with the Schüco RX LOAD 500 machine.
Schüco RX LOAD 500 enables machining of profiles up to 7.3 metres or longer components in two steps.
The loading and unloading cell equipped with robotics provides paperless support for workshop staff, with automated handling of the aluminium profiles.
The Schüco RX LOAD 500 relieves operators of physical work and time-consuming tasks. This means qualified staff have more time for complex, value-adding tasks. At the same time, it is possible to switch between manual and person-safe automatic mode at any time.
A mobile shelving unit with space for up to 24 bars is located in front of the machine – as a storage facility for profiles and finished parts.
The SchüCam control software uses the SchüCal|JaniSOFT software data 1:1 and thus significantly reduces the time required for the preparation and manufacture of profiles.
