With Janisol Arte 66, Jansen is expanding the Janisol Arte system family with an attractive tilt and turn window solution. Increasing the basic construction depth to 66mm enables higher structural values, easy installation of 3-pane insulating glass and higher sound insulation values for the elements. And all this with the simultaneous use of concealed window fittings.

The Janisol Art 66 window and fixed glazing system combines solutions for all requirements in one system and forms the basis for a wide range of applications in the building envelope. Functional advantages are combined with architectural and design aspects. Matched components combine advantages such as high thermal insulation, narrow face widths and concealed fittings for inward-opening windows. Depending on the architectural requirements, the window system can be used as a perforated window or window band. In addition, the system can be used for a wide variety of inward opening variants.

Janisol Arte 66 offers energy-optimised thermal insulation with a Uf value of ≥ 1.8 W/(m²K) with a face width of 54 mm and a faceplate width of only 76 mm. It has a highly static, glass-fibre reinforced PUR insulator and can be equipped with an additional insulation in frame or glass rebate.

The system convinces with its filigree appearance, extensive profile and glazing bead geometries that allow individual and flexible design. The concealed fittings allow a consistent design and clear lines.

Processing:The use of a new glazing bead system and the newly developed seal for dry glazing make glass installation easier, as does the system-integrated Euronute for fitting. The use of the zinc-iron hot-dip coated steel surface (ZF 100) also ensures optimised welding behaviour.

Based on the Schüco LivIng system dimensions, using patented aluminium profile rolling technology turns Schüco LivIng Alu Inside into a steel-free profile with maximum thermal insulation alongside a high level of cost-effectiveness and flexibility in fabrication and installation.

Schüco LivIng Alu Inside is the next logical development of the Schüco Alu Inside system. It is based on patented aluminium profile rolling technology, whereby continuous aluminium strips are simultaneously extruded into PVC-U profiles. They provide the entire construction with a level of stability which almost rivals that of steel-reinforced profiles. With this highly thermally insulated PVC-U system, steel-free windows which are suitable for passive houses can be produced economically on an industrial scale.

Thanks to its 7-chamber profile construction, the dispensation with steel reinforcement and the targeted positioning of the aluminium hinges, Schüco LivIng Alu Inside has no thermal bridging. Here, the material within the profile system – a high-quality aluminium alloy – is a distinct advantage because it reflects approx. Because it reflects approx. 90% of the thermal radiation due to its polished surface. The optimum division of the chambers, the reduction of the rebate space and additional, large insulation zones to accommodate optional insulation blocks allow insulation values to be achieved.

Schüco LivIng – the new generation for pioneering PVC-U doors

Twin system = One system with two versions (AS/MD)

The Schüco LivIng PVC-U system is an innovative 7-chamber system that can be constructed as a twin system with both a rebate gasket and a centre gasket. In conjunction with the centre gasket, the system achieves passive house standard in accordance with ift Rosenheim. As a system with a rebate gasket, excellent thermal insulation properties and narrow face widths are also achieved.

The first weld-on gasket is integrated in the Schüco LivIng window system. Using elastic, weld-on material increases the sealing effect in the difficult corner area of the unit, whilst also allowing for a closed, visually appealing corner design without hard gasket corners. The durable, eco-friendly material keeps a tight seal throughout its entire service life.

White profiles are supplied with modern, silver-grey gaskets, foiled profiles are available with black gaskets.

Profiles can be coloured with a large selection of single colour and woodgrain decorative foils, Schüco AutomotiveFinish and Schüco TopAlu.

The PVC-U system Schüco CT 70 AS with rebate gasket is based on a 5-chamber technology. Excellent thermal insulation properties and narrow face widths in three different vent contours are the distinctive features of this system.

Schüco CT 70 AS window systems are suitable for a wide variety of uses in both new-build and renovation projects. An extensive range of accessories ensures a high level of system security.

The two drainage levels guarantee an optimum protection aginst wind, rain and noise.

The Schüco AWS 120 CC.SI (Composite Construction Super Insulation) composite window system together with integrated Schüco CCB (Concealed Composite Blind) sun shading system is an optimised complete system for energy-efficient building envelopes. It offers passive house-certified thermal insulation and sun shading, glare protection and screening with clear views outside, all of which can be used in any weather. With a barely visible louvre blade stack when the Venetian blind is raised and no light penetrating at the sides when the Venetian blind is lowered, the complete package meets high design requirements with its internal and external appearance. A structural-glazing design is also possible.

If a normal opening function of the units is not required, the integration of the sun shading in fixed lights with inspection vents offers the most efficient solution. This simplified construction only has one inspection vent as the maintenance and cleaning opening, which normally remains locked.

The extensive range of fittings includes a flat rosette and an elegant design cover, which can be removed if necessary. To open the inspection vent, a Schüco standard installation handle is inserted into the rosette. With this economical fixed light version, the installation benefits of the integrated sun shading are retained, as are the high sound reduction values.

Demand-led, energy-efficient ventilation concepts are also possible with an integrated Schüco ventilation system and the Schüco TipTronic SimplySmart mechatronic fitting.

The Schüco AWS 90.SI+ (Super Insulation) window system perfectly meets structural requirements while offering the greatest possible design freedom – including optimised thermal insulation and passive house certification.

As part of the Schüco AWS modular system for the 90 mm basic depth, the aluminium window offers a high level of flexibility for implementing attractive design solutions in building envelopes. Depending on architectural requirements, it can be configured as a punched opening, ribbon window or insert units in Schüco façades as well as in combination with Schüco door systems.

The wide range of opening types includes designs such as side-hung, turn/tilt and tilt/slide vents as well as barrier-free opening and double-vent units.

A further benefit for specifiers and architects is the wide range of profiles within the system platform, including corner mullions, structural mullions, symmetrical and asymmetrical mullions, as well as additional combination options, such as with Schüco sun shading and ventilation systems.

The window system with maximum thermal insulation thereby sets standards in terms of planning and design flexibility for the construction of energy-efficient, stylish building envelopes.
