With a wide range of louver blades, the movable Schüco louver blades ALB with linear drive provide compelling benefits including increased comfort, optimized natural light incidence and protection against overheating and the active energy generation by built-in photovoltaic modules. The integration of the drive into the lamella cover and concealed drainage in the louvers set new standards. The bracket system allows considerable design freedom and strain-free mounting of all glass louvers.

The Schüco CTB sunshade is the first high performance sunshade fully integrated into the façade with extremely high wind stability.
The special slat shape allows maximum sun shading louvers and at the same time optimal transparency for the view to the outside. The Schüco sunshade CTB (Concealed Toughened Blind) is an external sunshade with extremely high wind stability. The electric roll-up curtain made of aluminum profiles allows the view to the outside, while ensuring an optimal heat protection. The anodized slats are available in 6 anodized colors and provide a continuous profile view to the outside. Because of the fine lamellar geometry a special façade look is created that emphasized the design element. The versatile mounting options and the perfect integration into Schüco window and façade systems offer planning security from the beginning.
Schüco VentoAir is a self-regulating ventilator without heat recovery. The installation is concealed within the window rebate. Schüco VentoFrame is an energy-efficient ventilation system, which can be installed simply and quickly with low investment costs. The window vent reacts to wind pressure changes and provides a controlled air change without perceptible draughts.
You can also find the following additional ventilation possibilities within our system range:
- Schüco VentoFrame – manually adjustable
- Schüco VentoTec – with 75% heat recovery
- Schüco VentoTherm – with 45% heat recovery
Schüco VentoLife is a ventilation system with a multi-stage air-cleaning filter developed especially for residents of large cities and metropolitan areas with air pollution. Schüco VentoLife efficiently frees the air of particulate matter and other components troublesome to health. Schüco VentoLife removes even the smallest particulate matter in intense smog. A sensor-controlled valve injects outer air as needed in order to ensure optimal air quality in the building at any time.
The integration of Schüco VentoLife in windows or facades can be designed either flush with the interior or the exterior. Depending on requirements, the structural element can be nearly invisible.
Schüco VentoFrame is a self-regulating window ventilator without heat recovery. The installation is concealed in the Schüco window (in the frame). Schüco VentoFrame is an energy-efficient ventilation system, which can be installed simply and quickly with low investment costs. The window vent reacts to wind pressure changes and provides a controlled air change without perceptible draughts.
As part of the Schüco AWS system platform, the thermally insulated window system offers an extensive range of solutions for the 65 mm basic depth to meet a variety of building envelope requirements.
It is based on the functional, energy-efficiency and design properties of the aluminium construction: perfectly tailored components combine benefits such as good thermal insulation, narrow face widths and concealed, standard manual or electromechanical fittings for inward and outward-opening windows.
The high level of flexibility of the system enables a wide variety of uses as a punched opening, ribbon window or façade insert unit, as well as in combination with Schüco door systems.
An additional benefit for architects and specifiers is the wide range of opening types such as side-hung and turn/tilt vents, bottom-hung toplights or barrier-free window doors.
An outward-opening window design with centre gasket is also available as a double-vent window with burglar resistance in accordance with test procedure PAS 24.
A wide range of profiles is available within the system platform, including corner mullions, structural mullions, symmetrical and asymmetrical mullions, as well as a number of design variations and additional combination options, such as with Schüco sun shading and ventilation systems.
Schüco AWS 65 thereby sets standards in terms of planning flexibility and offers attractive window solutions for ambitious architecture.
- The Schüco AWS 65 VV (Ventilation Vent) window system is available as an opaque side-hung vent with ventilation function in different face widths – with excellent weathertightness and sound reduction values even in extreme weather conditions thanks to the split insulating bar.
- The Schüco AWS 65 RL is suitable for economical solutions in conjunction with excellent thermal insulation. With its beveled outer contours, the Schüco AWS 65 RL (Residential Line) is best suited to renovation projects or for visual emphasis.
- As a block window Schüco Window AWS 65 BS meets high architectural demands by a sleek design with maximum transparency.
- The Schüco AWS 65 WF (Window Façade) aluminium window façade meets the highest energy-efficiency and architectural requirements thanks to its outstanding thermal insulation and narrow external face widths.
The thermally insulated standard window system for the 60 mm basic depth offers an extensive range of solutions for a variety of building envelope requirements.

The Schüco AWS 50.NI (Non Insulation) aluminium window system for the basic depth of 50 mm offers extensive solutions for a wide range of requirements without the need for thermal insulation as well as specifically for interior construction.
This is based on the combination of functional properties and architectural design freedom in perfectly tailored components, for example, the combination of narrow face widths with concealed fittings for inward and outward-opening windows.
The high level of flexibility of the system enables a variety of uses as a punched opening, ribbon window or in combination with Schüco sliding systems.
An additional benefit for specifiers and architects is that there are a number of different design options for the window system, such as side-hung and turn/tilt vents, double-vent windows or tilt/slide doors. The following opening types are available for outward-opening windows: projected top-hung, turn/tilt, top-hung, side-hung and an innovative double-vent window.
As part of the Schüco AWS system platform, Schüco AWS 50.NI offers a wide range of profiles for attractive window solutions, including corner mullions, structural mullions, symmetrical mullions and asymmetrical mullions.
Blast resistance combined with all the advantages of standard Schüco door systems
The blast-resistant Schüco ADS 90 XR (Explosion-Resistant) door system, which has been arena air-blast tested in accordance with ISO 16933, combines high security with modern architecture. The system concept allows single and double-leaf outward-opening door solutions to be designed with blast-resistant properties.
The aluminium door constructions are thus suitable for a wide variety of applications. This includes military requirements as well as high-security areas such as petrochemical plants, banks and embassies.
The blast-resistant design meets all the requirements of normal doors with regard to thermal insulation, sound reduction and weathertightness and is visually indistinguishable from standard Schüco doors.
A further benefit of the system is the wide range of installation positions: fixed wall units can be constructed, as can combinations with blast-resistant Schüco façade systems.
For security reasons, fabricators require special approval to construct this door system.
Multi-functional fire and smoke-protection applications for 60 minutes of the fire resistance
The proven Schüco ADS 80 FR 60 (Fire-Resistant) door system with a basic depth of 80 mm is based on highly stable 5-chamber hollow profiles. It is suitable for use as a door and wall unit for fire protection in fire resistance class EI60 (T60, F60)
For additional requirements in terms of building security and automation, the highly stable aluminium systems for fire and smoke-protection applications can be upgraded to multi-functional doors. The range of applications covers everything from burglar resistance and panic function to optimised sound reduction and access controls.
Evidence of the system’s durability and stability during daily use is provided by certificates of resistance to repeated opening and closing in accordance with EN 12400 class 8 with 1 million cycles and the highest class 4 in vandalism testing in accordance with EN 1192.
The doors and fixed glazing are approved and certified for use indoors and outdoors in accordance with DIN and EN standards.
