Concealed sun shading, glare protection and screening – fully integrated in glazing beads of the façade transom
The Integralmaster sun shading system is an internal roller blind solution without bulky cassettes or lateral guides. The roller blind cassette and glass retention bead, as well as the lateral guide and glass retention bead are designed as a single component – in contrast, conventional roller blind systems consist of four components. This permits fully integrated and almost completely concealed installation in all Schüco AWS (Aluminium Window System) window systems, without compromising the interior aesthetics of the building.
Different film blinds that can be freely chosen and combined with one another are available for sun shading, glare protection and screening in line with requirements.
The wind and weather-resistant system can be operated mechanically or electrically: in the electric version, the roller blind integrated in the bottom glazing bead is raised by means of SMI (Standard Motor Interface) motor technology. The manual option is operated using a chain hoist, which pulls the blind installed in the top glazing bead downwards. This simple design is also suitable for retrofitting or renovating older window systems.
The Integralmaster meets all national and EU guidelines on glare protection for workstations. Outstanding performance values can be achieved thanks to its special construction and twin function of glare protection and sun shading: in addition to improved thermal insulation, the system offers a reduction in glare of up to 97% and a reduction in energy irradiation of up to 85%.
With Janisol Arte 66, Jansen is expanding the Janisol Arte system family with an attractive tilt and turn window solution. Janisol Arte 66 offers energy-optimised thermal insulation with a Uf value of ≥ 1.8 W/(m²K) with a face width of 54 mm and a faceplate width of only 76 mm. It has a highly static, glass-fibre reinforced PUR insulator and can be equipped with an additional insulation in frame or glass rebate.
The system convinces with its filigree appearance, extensive profile and glazing bead geometries that allow individual and flexible design. The concealed fittings allow a consistent design and clear lines.
Processing:The use of a new glazing bead system and the newly developed seal for dry glazing make glass installation easier, as does the system-integrated Euronute for fitting. The use of the zinc-iron hot-dip coated steel surface (ZF 100) also ensures optimised welding behaviour.

The Janisol Arte 2.0 steel profile system has been specially developed for the renovation of industrial glazing, loft glazing and windows, in accordance with the guidelines for listed buildings and to allow the value of the property to be retained. Thanks to the extended range of materials, there are now also profile versions available in stainless steel and Corten steel. Based on the Schüco LivIng system dimensions, using patented aluminium profile rolling technology turns Schüco LivIng Alu Inside into a steel-free profile with maximum thermal insulation alongside a high level of cost-effectiveness and flexibility in fabrication and installation.
Schüco LivIng Alu Inside is the next logical development of the Schüco Alu Inside system. It is based on patented aluminium profile rolling technology, whereby continuous aluminium strips are simultaneously extruded into PVC-U profiles. They provide the entire construction with a level of stability which almost rivals that of steel-reinforced profiles. With this highly thermally insulated PVC-U system, steel-free windows which are suitable for passive houses can be produced economically on an industrial scale.
Thanks to its 7-chamber profile construction, the dispensation with steel reinforcement and the targeted positioning of the aluminium hinges, Schüco LivIng Alu Inside has no thermal bridging. Here, the material within the profile system – a high-quality aluminium alloy – is a distinct advantage because it reflects approx.
