Panorama Design sliding system with vent-height pull grip allows you to experience excellent operating comfort with every touch

The Schüco ASS 77 PD.HI (Panorama Design High Insulated) sliding system is visually appealing and pleasing to touch with a vent-height, integrated pull grip. The Panorama Design system has been further developed and offers optimised ease of use combined with an attractive vent design and maximum transparency.

Further advantages of the highly thermally insulated sliding system include the manual opening types with 90° corner without mullion and with a locking point in the double vent.

An adjustment device for subsequent adjustment of the outer frame is now available for this, whereby the adjustment screws can be reached through the outer frame at any time. This is a great benefit with ceiling deflections, for example.

Highly versatile Panorama Design sliding system for extremely comfortable architectural solutions flooded with light

The best possible flexibility: with optimised system components, the highly thermally insulated Schüco ASS 77 PD.HI (Panorama Design High Insulated) sliding system expands the planning and design possibilities of the Schüco Panorama Design portfolio, which is best suited to luxury homes and large projects with high requirements on functionality and comfort.

An opening 90° corner which can be designed with two further moving vents or two fixed fields brings both architectural freedom and user comfort.

A flat outer frame expands the application options for the sliding system, e.g. in renovations.

The optimised foil attachment and the adjustment device guarantee tailored installation solutions in terms of building expansion and attachment to the building structure.

The Schüco Protect glasses combined with Schüco security profile systems guarantee high security. Schüco Protect glasses are tested with Schüco bullet-resistant systems. Schüco glasses and systems form a functionally reliable solution up to resistance class RC 4. Schüco Protect glasses offer with their optimal combination of glass thickness and pane construction highest efficiency against burglary and vandalism. The multifunctional characteristics of protection against sun and heat can be combined project-specifically with bullet and burglary protection. They are available as Optifloat basic glass (F) or as Optiwhite glass (O) with minimized color influences for discerning demands. All glasses can be integrated into alarm systems through glass breakage monitoring.

Passive house-certified mullion/transom façade for a variety of solutions

Based on pioneering isolator technology, the Schüco FWS 50.SI (Super Insulated) façade system offers highly thermally insulated solutions for designing diverse façades and skylights to passive house level, including optimised fabrication and installation processes.

With its high flexibility and broad system range, the system ensures mullion/transom constructions for the most varied functional and design requirements in high-end residential and commercial projects.

A transparent system solution integrated in the profile for spandrel safety barriers blends in seamlessly and elegantly into the external façade appearance. The required safety barrier loading for floor-to-ceiling opening units and low spandrel heights can be implemented with consistent profile face widths and a continuous profile.

A large selection of pressure plates and façade cover caps as well as the option of being combined with Schüco window, door and sliding systems offer additional ways of designing attractive building envelopes.

In terms of security and user comfort, system-integrated components make sure electrical components such as automated Schüco door or sun shading systems can be easily and reliable integrated.

With the mullion/transom façade, Schüco is once again fulfilling its obligation to create ecologically sustainable products. The system has been awarded the Silver “Cradle-to-Cradle Certified™” sustainability label by the independent C2CPII institute in cooperation with EPEA in Hamburg for its recycling properties and minimum toxin content.

Optimised for use as a front or side entrance door for normal levels of use

Thanks to its very small basic depth of just 50 mm, the Schüco ADS 50 aluminium door system is particularly suited to warmer climate zones. The system can be used as a cost-effective solution in a variety of ways, including integration in building automation systems.

Due to its compatibility with numerous Schüco window and façade systems, developers and architects have ample design options to integrate the door system in the building envelope, e.g. as a manual or automated door solution for main and side entrance areas of public buildings with normal levels of use.

One system for many applications

With a basic depth of 70 mm, the Janisol C4 EI60 door and fixed glazing series offers the safety features of a fire protection system for the most demanding requirements combined with a sophisticated, slim design.

These innovative fire doors improve the safety-relevant requirements and ensure easy installation with the cable ducts supplied as standard in the Janisol C4 profile.

Innovative lift-and-slide system – highest requirements combined with economical fabrication

The new lift-and-slide system from Schüco combines maximum fabrication and installation efficiency with the highest standards of comfort and design.

The innovative Schüco LivIngSlide lift-and-slide system has been designed on the basis of the Schüco LivIng system dimensions, as the basic depth of the vent frame is 82 mm. This compatibility of the systems offers access to a wide range of accessory profiles, such as glazing beads and other glazing accessories. The uniform system dimensions ensure simple and flexible planning as well as the implementation of attachment options. The significant reduction in the number of parts minimises the work and costs required for storage.

The new lift-and-slide system also offers a range of construction benefits, for example, the steel reinforcements in the vent frame as closed rectangular tubes. This significantly increases the design’s stability and allows large units with vent weights up to 400 kg to be constructed.

A particular highlight of Schüco LivIngSlide: the factory-rolled, weldable EPDM glazing gaskets in the vent frame. They ensure soft inner corners even after the welding process and thereby optimum weathertightness in this area. Continuous sealing on several levels between the vent and frame trim also reliably prevents draughts and the build up of condensation. In order to prevent sloping roller carriages, a roller carriage support is used to ensure secure centring and fixing.

Another strength of the new lift-and-slide system is its attractive appearance. The flush design avoids the typical gaps in the fixed field and creates a modern, streamlined appearance which is also easy to clean. The narrow centre joint guarantees maximum light penetration. Schüco LivIngSlide offers a wide variety of design options thanks to its incorporation in the Schüco colour range.

The Janisol folding wall is based on the thermally insulated system Janisol and can be used flexibly. It can be used as a room divider as well as in outdoor facilities. The proven system – developed newly for flexible openings – can be used optionally for outwards or inward opening needs. Elegant steel profiles and narrow face widths provide tough, resilient and durable stable folding walls.

The thermally insulated standard window system for the 50 mm basic depth offers extensive solutions from a single source to suit a range of requirements.

It is based on the functional and design properties of the aluminium system: benefits such as narrow face widths and concealed fittings are combined in perfectly integrated components for inward and outward-opening windows.

The high level of flexibility of the system enables a variety of uses as a punched opening, ribbon window or façade insert unit, as well as in combination with Schüco door systems.

An additional benefit for specifiers and architects is that the window system can be designed in a number of different opening types such as side-hung and turn/tilt vents, bottom-hung toplights or barrier-free window doors.

An outward-opening window design with centre gasket is also available as a double-vent window with burglar resistance in accordance with test procedure PAS 24.

As part of the Schüco AWS system platform, the window system offers a wide range of profiles, including corner mullions, structural mullions, symmetrical and asymmetrical mullions, as well as a number of design variations and additional combination options, such as with Schüco sun shading and ventilation systems.

Schüco AWS 50 thereby sets standards in terms of planning flexibility and offers attractive window solutions for meeting the requirements of international markets.
